Repressed emotions, traumas, limiting self-beliefs, triggers and unmet needs are things we will explore as well as daily practices on how to love and nurture the little one inside you. Afterward, we will meditate to activate the energy centres of our bodies with codes of crystalline light, received directly from Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the Star Frequencies of the Cosmos, using this light for healing, alignment and awakening to your true essence. If you do not have your own ceremonial grade cacao you can purchase through Ebony. Cacao is the medicine of the heart, allowing us to drop out of the monkey mind and be present in the heart space. It is a profound yet gentle plant medicine and working with in it ceremony becomes a beautiful ritual of connecting not only to yourself but all that is.
