ABOUT OUR PROCESS
HOW IT WORKS
When you sign up for Soul Guidance or Soul Healing we will personally work with you to establish where you are on your journey and develop an individual program and map especially for you.
Over the course of each season, you’ll have access to group coaching sessions with all three Embody Nadora facilitators to continuously support you in working through your blockages and creating integrated healing and empowerment.
In between each live session, you will have access to your individual season journey; including written modules, audio modules, video modules, daily activities, questions and writing prompts and other tools, tips, resources and exercises to clear your mind, open your heart, awaken your spirit and balance your body all while keeping your accountable to your practice and connected to a library of opportunities for further growth and development.
Each season creates a pathway of personal evolution that helps you to stay focused and not become overwhelmed. You will never feel lost and we will always work together to ensure that you are progressing as you want to be and meeting the milestones you desire.
You will also be connected with others who are walking their path and embodying the gift of freedom, love and life.

We offer mentoring and guidance sessions, 1 on 1, or 3 on 1 as well as personal and private healing and intuitive sessions in a variety of modalities. Each of these is available as a part of Soul Healing and as stand alone services so if you are feeling uneasy or unsure about a change or situation in your life, we can help.
IF YOUR DAILY LIFE IS BUSY
Our Seasonal content is delivered to you monthly, after which you are free to work at your own pace, completing your practices, and achieving your accountability steps at any time that best suits you. We know many of you have a hectic schedule and can only accommodate a little time here and there. Through each Soul level, you have the ability to allocate yourself this time whenever you can but are simultaneously encouraged to maintain your momentum and stay on the pathway each month.
IF YOU ARE READY TO TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
In the end, only YOU can truly transform your life.
As we guide, assist and encourage you, it is our aim to help you raise yourself up to the level that you desire to be, therefore you should be prepared to sometimes hear some hard truths - we will always urge you to stay open minded and heart centred. If you are caught in a trap of self-victimisation and refuse to see anything else, there will be little that we can help you with until you are ready to step forward and reclaim your power of choice.

Being open to spiritual concepts prepares the way for the holistic and integrated way in which our programs run. You don’t have to be a spiritual yogi but we ask that you remain open to the practices we share as we will only ever give you what we use ourselves because we know it works.
Our time together will be both spiritual and practical – mystical and science based because when we can learn to see that there is more than one way to do something, we are better equipped to deal with life’s challenges. We can show you how to truly ‘come to your senses’ and include the broader part of your existence into your daily life.

PRE-SESSION ASSESSMENT
A short questionnaire for you to complete before the session which gives us valuable information and insights on how we can best work together before we even meet.
15-MIN VIDEO CONFERENCE
We work together to narrow down goals, needs, dreams and desires and begin combining them with your passions to create an overall outline and direction for you to focus on so that you start out clear, ready and empowered.
POST-SESSION PATHWAY
We will combine the information from your questionnaire and conference session along with our observations and insights to create a clear and achievable pathway for you to step forward with. This will include our recommendations for current season, extra tools, exercises and journeys that you can choose to embark on to help facilitate your growth and empowerment.
