Strengthening our sight, touch, taste, smell and hearing and breaking our regular patterns and habits while using sensory awareness will lead to an expansion in not only what you see, but also what you know innately within you. We do this through deep nature connection.

Connect with the plants, the animals, the elements. Can you relate these back to what is happening in your physical world?
