The beginning of a new calendar year is always a big time for making resolutions and starting something new... but why do we always wait for the new year or a Monday in a new week? Why are we always putting things off and waiting, rather than choosing to make change NOW?

If we want something, we must either go and get it for ourselves or ask someone to assist us. Now having a dream is an important first step, don't get me wrong, but dreams remain dreams until we take action that starts the cycle of manifesting them into reality.

If you're unhappy, feeling as if nothing ever goes your way or often living in a fantasy land, what is it that is keeping you in this state and what needs to change to move out of it? - It might be big and it will likely be uncomfortable, don't be afraid to ask for help, take the risk and chase what feels unattainable.

The universal energies are constantly moving so, we too must move, flowing with the seasons and cycles of the grander aspects of life, finding a harmonisation and synchronisation that perpetuates deep connection within and without.
