Payments & Cancellations

PAYMENT POLICY
$500 initial non-refundable deposit is payable to secure your spot at our Retreats. These are non-refundable deposits, but may be transferred onto other Embody Nadora offerings if unable to attend.
If payment of the balance is not received by the due date Embody Nadora reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
The guest is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the selected retreat package. This includes flights, transfers, travel insurance and any other activities that are not part of the retreat program.
Payment by credit card, (including processing via Stripe or Paypal) will incur a merchant service fee.
If you have a question or concern about anything, please get in touch with us, we will do our best to help you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
It is the responsibility of the guest to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
In the event of cancellation by the guest, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply.
– The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another retreat or to a friend if 30 days notice is given. – Cancellation 30 days or less before due arrival date, 0% refund – Cancellation more than 30 days before due arrival date, 50% refund if your place is able to be filled
We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. This includes unforeseen issues such as family-related illness, or COVID diagnosis.
Embody Nadora reserves the right to change its location due to unforeseen issues (e.g. third-party delays or problems, construction, etc.). Embody Nadora will ensure the standard be kept the same in all the partnering venues.
Embody Nadora reserves the right to change or amend this policy at any time. The current policy is always applicable.
While we have never canceled a retreat to date, if we (Embody Nadora) must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a full refund of your payment to us constituting a full settlement. Embody Nadora is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Your booking at an Embody Nadora retreat is confirmed when your deposit of $500 is paid.
We always advise that you purchase travel insurance that will cover you for any unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to: cancelation, delay, illness, injury, natural disasters, and terrorist activity.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend an Embody Nadora retreat, event or workshop. Guests under 18 may be allowed to attend provided they are accompanied by a guardian 18+ years old and are approved by Embody Nadora prior to booking.
Terms & Conditions

I confirm and agree that the following terms and conditions and undertakings apply to any and all activities and excursions to be provided to me by Embody Nadora (EN).
1. I have been examined by a licensed medical practitioner (“Practitioner”) within the past six months and have been found by such Practitioner able to perform Yoga and all types of movement including but not limited to breathwork, walking, swimming, qi gong, yoga, dance (“Activities”), which I am to perform during my retreat immersion with Embody Nadora.
2. I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by EN and its facilitators, contractors, and assistants as to when, where, and how to perform and not to perform the Activities.
3. I agree and acknowledge that participation in any of the Activities could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognise, accept and assume this risk and warrant that I am physically fit and able to perform the Activities without risking serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I acknowledge that neither EN, its owners, teachers or employees and contractors or assistants be, nor be deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract or in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishap I sustain arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the Activities.
4. I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction and facilitation in Activities and that EN, its owners, teachers or employees of EN are not liable for, nor expected to provide any advice, training or medical assistance other than in the direct instruction of activities performed.
5. I indemnify and will at all times hereafter will and sufficiently indemnify and keep fully indemnified EN, its owners, teachers, facilitators, representatives or employees of EN from and against all actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, claims, costs and expenses whatsoever which may be taken or made against EN, its owners, teachers, representatives or employees of EN, incurred or become payable by EN, its owners, teachers or employees of EN in connection with or arising out of any such injury, illness or mishap to me on retreat with EN.
6. Data Use & Protection
The guest agrees that she may be photographed and/or filmed during her stay and/or activities in connection with EN, and also agrees that EN may use such recordings for promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent.
7. Retreats & Services

8. Limit of Liability
Embody Nadora shall not be liable for any unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our normal control, which the consequences of could not have been avoided even when exercising all due care. Such circumstances or events include, but are not limited to, pandemic outbreak, war or threat of war, riot, civil unrest, industrial disputes or strikes, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors, unavoidable technical problems with the accommodation, transport or closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, natural disasters, industrial disasters, fire, theft, flooding and adverse weather conditions. In the event of any the above, refunds and compensation payments cannot be made.
Embody Nadora accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the guest’s stay or travelling to and from EN retreats, events or workshops. All guests must take responsibility for their own medical and physical fitness and able to use our facilities and participate in activities.
Embody Nadora is not liable for any injuries or losses to guests, in the use of retreat facilities or participation in activities.
While all care is taken, Embody Nadora cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of guests.
All guests must take responsibility for their own medical and physical fitness and able to use retreat facilities and participate in activities.
